It's winter time in Chicago
And we all know what that means
It's time to bring out the heavy coats
And time to drink cocoa so hot,
You can always see the steam
Winter time in Chicago
Does not just mean its cold
But it also means that Christmas is near
And time for school work to be put on hold
Its time for spending time with family
Putting up the Christmas Tree
Time to start making Christmas Lists
With all the things on Christmas morning
You would like to see
Its a time to think of others
Whom you know and love
